We have a high quality gourmet candle that can only be purchased through an independent distributor or a fundraiser. Most of our fundraisers are from repeat business, because the consumer asks the organizations to run the same fundraiser over and over again.
We have over 95 different scents of candles, so if you offer 20 different scents at a time, depending upon the season, you will always have a different variety to offer.
Your Organization will make great money too! If you had just 50 people, selling 10 jar candles each, at $20 per candle, (which means $7 per jar candle profit for you), Your organization would make $4500.00!
We have one of the highest profit fundraisers around. I supply all the materials you will need, and it won't cost you a dime in start up costs. Turn around time from start to delivery is two to three weeks, or longer, depending on how long you want to run the fundraiser.

Decide how much money needs to be raised and why it needs to be raised. Make a donation jar to keep at your table if you are having your fundraiser at a set location! IDEAS & TIPS Talk to local businesses and see if they are willing to donate facilities Use team work and organization, and plan the event from start to finish. Form a committee to make sure all the planning and gathering of materials is accomplished. Take advantage of any special talents you might have. Maybe you sew and crochet--make some items to sell. You can sell them online, at a craft show, or set up shop in your own front yard, and have a garage sale to go with it, to earn extra. Have a donation jar set up on your pay table, and people can drop their loose change into it. Create an online fundraising page You can have friends, family, and people in your neighborhood donate items to you, so you can sell them in a garage sale, along with your gourmet candles. Find out how many people will be able to sell the product.
Figure out how long you will be having the fund raiser.
2 weeks is generally a good time for people to get orders in or even to get the money to order
Decide which fundraising agency you will be using.
Enlist the aid of a volunteer to help organize the fundraiser.
If you choose to do door to door sales, map out your town so that you aren't all
going to the same places!
Enlist the aid of volunteers to help set up the fundraiser if you have it in a certain location.
ie. garage sale, booth, outside a retail location, etc
Determine who you will ask for the money.
This is a critical factor in raising funds.
Look first for a list of previous donors to this or similar causes.
ie. previous supporters/donors, directories from church/school, christmas card lists, lists of friends, family, co-workers, etc.
Make signs and print up some fliers, letting your customers know you are having a fundraiser
and what their money is going towards.
Practice greeting potential customers.
Come up with a "sales line" to greet them that will tell why you are raising funds!
STEP THREE
Contact the fundraising agency for the supplies you will need. Most do provide them.
If they don't, then make any necessary copies of order forms, etc, at this time that you might need.
Finish making any signs/flyers and get them out to the public.
Gather all your supplies and participants and
ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE!
Go over your "sales line" again!
Don't be shy!
STEP FOUR
FUNDRAISE!
REMEMBER: If someone says "no" do not take it personally. Thank them for considering it! Who knows? Your thanking them now could possibly have them donating in your next fundraiser!
STEP FIVE
Gather all of your order forms and turn them in to the organizer.
Make a list of everyone who bought including their address!
Tally up orders.
Turn your order in to Basket of Candles along with the agreed upon price per item.
Keep your portion of the fundraiser profit.
STEP SIX
Go over your delivery when it arrives and seperate it into each order to be delivered.
Deliver the order along with a thank you note/card.
Enjoy the rewards of your fundraiser!
LAST, BUT NOT LEAST
Remember those addresses you took down?
Send a card/note, along with a photo if possible, thanking them for their support, (yes, again)
and show them how their donation/purchase helped your group!
I can't stress this enough!
People will remember your thankfulness when you hold another fundraiser!
